We are the closet Hutton House lodging available! A 1 minute car ride or a 8 minute walk (.4 miles)! • SECURITY CAMERAS & DEVICES: We have a front door camera, camera on the back and the side of the house for security reasons. There is also a noise monitor and glass break sensor inside above the TV in the living/dining room. The home has smoke detectors and CO2 detectors for your safety. • WILDLIFE: You may encounter the occasional deer, turkey or other wildlife roaming through the area. As this is Minnesota, with its many lakes and greenery, guests should be prepared for mosquitoes and other insects, especially in the evenings. We do our best to keep the property well-maintained, but cannot guarantee total protection from nature's inhabitants.

Guest Access
Guest access to the entire house. Upon arrival you will be given a code that works for the garage keypad and the front door. You will have access to the single car garage and driveway for parking. Please do not park on the street overnight. Also please do park in the grass. There is a basement but it is unfinished.
